Amidst constant bombardment with images and messages, both subtle and blatant, of what society deems to be the "ideal" female body, we are faced with the often challenging task of learning to accept our bodies as they are and, in turn, accepting ourselves as we are.In this workshop, we will explore the concept of redefining, in a positive light, our own body image through movement and music. Women and girls of all ages are welcome to register. No dance or movement experience required.
